After nearly 20 years in leading the delivery of digital products & services within a customer centered design practice, Naomi made the leap into her own purpose led business, rePlated, to solve the problem of single-use for takeaway food. rePlated's key product, the Mealbox has won numerous awards including Gold at the Good Design Awards and an inaugural Circle Award in the B2B category. Through the 3+ year process of product development for rePlated she has built up expertise in sustainable product development and circular systems and has been a guest lecturer and mentor for startups at UNSW since 2020.

Q: What is the process like for becoming a BCorp?

A: My answer always is - we found it quite fun and gamified. I had an incredible intern working with me on that application and through it we set foundations for a business that has purpose built into everything. Even if you aren’t eligible yet I would recommend using the assessment tool to help you make a framework of the business for good you want to build
