Who is Anna Hastie?
Anna Hastie is a mindset coach for entrepreneurial women and a sound bath healer. It’s Anna’s deep belief that when we step out of our thinking minds and feel more relaxed in our bodies and energy we are able to connect on a deeper level to our intuition and inner wisdom. In this state, Anna passionately supports her clients to truly fulfill their purpose and leave a lasting legacy through the work that they are called to do.

We’ll kick off with a 5 minute sound healing with Mums & Co member, Anna Hastie before settling in for some journaling and reflection before we start creating our Vision Boards.

2. A tangible “reminder” of your goals that you can easily refer to throughout the day/week/month
