With firsthand experience scaling a business to multi-million-dollar revenue, Leanne later transitioned into consulting and research, completing a PhD at the University of Newcastle focused on the unique stressors faced by small business owners.

She has worked with large organisations and government bodies to help them better understand the complexities of small business life. Leanne is also the creator of a curated collection of business books tailored to the specific challenges of small business owners.
