I’m Laetitia Andrac, an award-winning entrepreneur, international speaker, and podcast host. I’m the bestselling author of an internationally awarded book, Light It: How to Trust Your Intuition and Build a Thriving Business.
With over 15 years of experience in consulting, strategy, innovation and AI, I’ve worked with industry leaders like Deloitte, Bloomberg Philantropy and Telstra.
Inspired by my journey, I co-founded Understanding Zoe, an AI-driven solution dedicated to supporting caregivers of neurodivergent children.
I am proudly autistic and ADHD’er and my passion is creating a more neuroinclusive world, where everyone can thrive, whether in their homes, communities, or workplaces.
"What do you mean by being neurodivergent?"
What is your answer?
Neurodivergent refers to anyone whose mind or functioning diverges from dominant societal norms, standards, and expectations. Neurodivergence can be innate or acquired. It doesn’t matter how you came to diverge; what matters is that you do. It includes a wide range of experiences, such as autism, ADHD, dyslexia, dyspraxia, sensory processing differences, and mental health conditions.
Using this term shifts the focus from pathologising differences to affirming them as natural and valuable variations in human experience. It encourages us to create a society where these differences are not just accommodated but celebrated as part of the diversity that makes us human.
