Mums & Co is the growing movement of like minded women brought together by networking events, upskilling programs. We advocate for the experience of business owning mothers. We provide access to resources, support for our members and create a deeply caring place to harmonise every stage of business and motherhood.

We’re now looking for a Community Manager to lead the way with unique learning experiences, flawless event management and collectively deeply caring community engagement for Mums & Co members, stakeholders, and team.
An integral part of our small and high performing team, we are looking for someone experienced building and managing a highly engaged physical and online community, on-boarding experts, increasing a membership and subscriber base.
This is a new role for a fabulous person with responsibility to create and event manage the delivery of hybrid events and learning experience not limited to webinars, online courses and a major conference. The successful candidate will be an empathetic champion of women and mothers, successfully converting members to raving fans and delivering unique personal learning and professional development upskilling and training activities for Mums & Co.

Mums & Co is Sydney based, operating nationally. Presumably you have experience working remotely (haven't we all this year!) which is definitely an advantage for our distributed team.
Our team is small yet, supportive and high performing. The team includes Co Founder and Managing Director. Our Digital Marketing Manager has been with us since inception. Product Success leads an in house development team. Customer happiness is managed by a customer happiness guru. We’ve recently added a Chief of Staff who helps us partner with incredible people, brands and organisations to achieve our purpose. Around this core group we are supported by IAG, Australia’s largest general insurer and an expert team of external suppliers, not least our members and business owning mothers. You will think from a strategic brand perspective, be confident and delightful in educating and engagement our community, leverage the partnerships and collective plan for a high impact FY2021 and beyond (the role is permanent)
Most of all you will empower our program delivery. Activities include:
- On-boarding our industry experts to co-create and deliver unique products and services to support business owning mums, measured by the number of experts attracted to and retained by the Mums & Co community.
- Project manage the ideation and content creation of learning activities, such as two ten part online courses, in a characteristic Mums & Co brand experience to be delivered with the direct Mums & Co team and engaging and managing external suppliers as required.
- Event leadership of the annual marquee event in physical and digital formats.
- An official representative and public friendly face to facilitate and host weekly and monthly workshops and other ongoing business activities, measured by increasing token utilisation and attendance at all events.
