YOUR ROLE

By joining Mums & Co you’ll be fundamental to the success on how we serve our customers, partners, communities, and team in meeting our purpose to be the most caring business network. As an integral part of our close-knit team, we are looking for someone detail oriented and process based to underpin our growth. You will assist with varied administrative, marketing and sales activities including sales outreach, managing our social media accounts and providing customer service to our members. You will use your tech savviness to maintain our Digital Platforms and Visitor Website with events and resources, while also working with the team to produce our weekly podcast and associated marketing materials. On top of that, you will help the team with coordinating our annual even Be MPowered and continue to promote our Mums & Co Membership Subscriptions.

This role will be offered on a permanent, part-time basis, working hybrid 3 days a week. The location is Sydney, but we are open to interstate candidates.

ABOUT YOU

• Proven track record of sales and growth success, preferably in online and community building 
• Excellent communication skills including copy writing and graphic design
• Understanding of membership marketing and community engagement trends
• Deeply caring ability to connect and care for our community
• Evidence based and data-driven to research and review data, identify key insights, spot optimisation opportunities and inform decisions
• Ability to utilise different technology and social media platforms
